What is the difference between a villa and a private pool home?

A private pool home is an individual home with a private, screen enclosed, in-ground pool in the backyard. The pool never closes when you enjoy the luxury of your own private pool home! You will also love the privacy of the 2 car garage. Our private pool homes are located in Haines City , Florida , which is approximately 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort. These executive style private pool homes are convenient to all-major roadways, entertainment attractions, shopping and restaurants.

A villa is comparable to a condominium. Each building has 8 adjoining villas. The buildings are two stories, offering either an upstairs villa or a downstairs villa. Each villa has its own private entry, with free parking directly in front of the building. Our villa complex offers many amenities such as: a community heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, workout room, game room, lighted tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a snack bar. There are approximately 180 villas in a complex. Our villas are located in Kissimmee, Florida, just minutes from all the area attractions.

A late check-out is based on availability. If you would like a late check-out, please make your request at least 24 hours prior to your day of departure. If available, there is a $35.00 late check out fee.

Pool Heat is available for $30.00 Per Day. Pool Heat is recommended during the months of October - April. Please request pool heat when booking your reservation.

How do I pay for my reservation?

To confirm a reservation : $100.00 deposit due, on a major credit card.

Balance Due : If paying by credit card, the final balance will be processed 7 days prior to your arrival.

Personal check payments : Balance Due 30 days prior to your arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • $20.00 fee assessed to all cancellations.
  • 21 to 8 days prior to arrival, $100.00 cancellation fee.
  • 7 days or less, prior to arrival, NO cancellations or refunds.
  • No Refunds on unused portions of your stay.

What if I have an emergency at home and have to cancel my vacation?

We understand that emergencies do occur, and that is why we strongly suggest that you purchase a travelers protection plan.

  • Hair Dryer

  • Loose-fitting, lightweight knit and cotton shorts & pants, cotton sweaters and knit shirts are appropriate throughout most of the year.
  • Swimsuits for water parks and year-round heated swimming pools.

Upon receipt of your reservation, Beachtree Villas will send the confirmation, directions, and the check-in procedures to you. This information can be sent to you via email, fax, or US Mail.

What is a daily cleaning?

Beachtree Villas comes equipped with both a washer and a dryer in the home. Many guests prefer to take care of their own cleaning needs. However, for a small service charge, Beachtree Villas provides the options to those guests who desire the luxury and convenience of a daily cleaning service.

  • Trash removed and fresh clean towels brought to your villa, Make Beds, Clean Kitchen & Bathroom areas, and vacuum entire villa. $45.00 per day
